We support organizations that help people live in a state of wholeness, wellness, and justice.
ADC Consulting is a boutique arts consultancy firm equipping mission-driven organizations to create long-term cultural impact through research, grant making, advocacy, project management, and organizational change.
What we believe
ADC Consulting acknowledges the role that white supremacy and systems of oppression play in the problems we aim to solve—providing tools to identify those roots and creating solutions that move our clients towards justice in their work and outcomes.
Action
Transparency
We believe change is possible when supported by follow-through and hard work.
We believe in clear and consistent communication and feel strongly that our word is our honor.
Generosity
Justice
We believe in a spirit of generosity, where resources and knowledge are open and made available to everyone. Any door we move through, is a door that is open to our community and those that are to come.
We believe that white supremacy and settler colonialism are the root of all that is hurting the world and we must actively unlearn it, correct the harms it has caused, and build a world where it can be eradicated. This looks like actively engaging in the redistribution of power and resources and building towards a liberated future where humans can thrive.
Collaboration
Interdependance
We believe that the most meaningful work happens in a team, where each individual can bring forward their perspectives and skills. There is no such thing as the single all-knowing leader or expert.
We believe that we are connected to a large web of people, communities, histories, and futures, which are ever-present in the work we do and to whom we must remain accountable to. Divinity lives in the relationships we share with each other and with the planet.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
ADC Consulting is based on the lands of the Nisqually, Cowlitz, and Puyallup people in what is colonially known as Lacey, Washington. We acknowledge the history of violence, erasure, and settlement that led to our being here today and also acknowledge the leadership, stewardship, and resiliency of First Nations and Indigenous communities.
Alejandra Duque Cifuentes made Lenapehoking, colonially known as New York City, home for over 16 years—one of the largest urban centers for Indigenous people across the diaspora. She is originally from the lands of the Nutabes people, colonially known as Medellín, Colombia, another major urban center for Indigenous people currently home to Embera Katío, Chamí, Dóbida, Zenú, Quechua, and Inga populations.
To learn about the original stewards of the lands you currently occupy, visit native-land.ca. Learn more about Land Acknowledgement Practices or ways you can support Indigenous Artists and People by visiting Dance/NYC’s Land Acknowledgement Practice Resources page.
ACCESSIBILITY
ADC Consulting works to ensure that our products, programs, and processes are accessible for disabled and immunocompromised people. This looks like:
Working with accessibility consultants and disabled people to guide the structure of our website and events. You can learn more about the specific accessibility features of our website by visiting www.consultingadc.com/accessibility.
Ensuring all meetings, private and public, include the provision of captioning services, either ai-generated or through CART services. Where needed, providing additional accommodations like ASL interpretation and audio description. Additionally, this means working with our clients to ensure all events led by ADC Consulting on their behalf include similar offerings.
Acknowledging the continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic by asking for and adhering to health and safety policies that allow the participation of immunocompromised people, including but not limited to: advocating for digital options, masking policies, testing policies, and limited in-person audiences, where possible.
Working with clients to explicitly ensure their work considers and engages disabled people in their practices, actions, and outcomes.
